
We are twins! Currently living in New York City and working full time as private yoga instructors for in-person and virtual classes (for our clients all over the world!).
We are passionate about yoga, living a healthy & balanced lifestyle, and sharing all of our experiences as we learn and grow along the way!
Our main goal is to make a positive impact in people's lives by sharing the benefits of yoga on and off the mat.
We both worked in the corporate world for more than 6+ years in Bogota and New York and we know how challenging and stressful it could be.
That is why we are so confident that a regular yoga practice should be a MUST for everyone regardless of age, weight or flexibility.

This course is designed to be simple to follow. It is a course for absolute beginners or for aspiring Yoga teachers that are looking to know the foundations and the basics of yoga.
You will learn how to perform the most common yoga poses, the correct alignments, the variations, the counter poses, the most common mistakes people make, the energetic effects and possible health benefits for the most basic asanas.
You will also learn how to breathe properly while doing the poses and breathing techniques to energize or relax your body. After taking this course, you will feel more knowledgeable and confident about taking a full yoga class.
