You don’t create your future, you create your daily habits and they create your future

These are the daily habits I have learned since I started my spiritual journey and wanted to share them with you:

1️⃣ Get up early and be thankful for everything and anything you have - Gratitude ⏰🙏
2️⃣ MEDITATE and visualize what you want🧘🏽‍♀️
3️⃣ Hydrate your body - lemon and water. Great for your digestion
4️⃣ Connect with nature - rise with the sun, walk in nature if possible☀️🌳 🌸
5️⃣ Move your body - YOGA - not only rejuvenates your body but it helps to focus your mind as well 🤸🏽‍♀️
6️⃣ Take a cold shower - could be after a warm shower. It will change your mood instantly! 🥶
7️⃣ Good diet - Avoid processed food. 🥦 🥕
8️⃣ Learn learn learn - Read, listen to podcasts, watch a documentary for at least 30 minutes per day. Pick a subject that you are interested in
9️⃣ Personal reflection - take time to know yourself - Auto observation 🧐🤨
1️⃣0️⃣ Simplicity - slow down. Enjoy the simple things in life while you smile. Having a cup of coffee, te. You came to this 🌎 to enjoy and be happy 😃 not to be in a rush.
1️⃣1️⃣ Service - help others that are in need, say nice things to people, share your story to inspire others - we all have the wisdom to share
1️⃣2️⃣ CHANGE - break out the routine. Exercise, do yoga, run in different places, use your left hand if you are right-handed, meet new people.
1️⃣3️⃣ Fast - this is the best way to gain self-control and heal your body - not every day❗️😄 but make it a habit.
1️⃣4️⃣ Overcome negative thinking - as soon as you realize you are having a negative thought replace it for a positive one and SMILE. We have many thoughts per day not necessarily good ones. Be conscious of them❗️

Try to incorporate some of these habits slowly into your daily routine. Your life will change gradually. Don’t focus your attention on the results. Be patient. Just EMBRACE your new you.
